New to Crossfit?
Call to schedule your first WOD (workout of the day) and experience CrossFit.  We will provide personal attention and guidance.  We welcome walk-ins too!  

You can complete a waiver on line and bring it with you!
For all fund raising events a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Sumter Co Crime Stoppers!
